I don't believe they do, even if you sign in with your TV provider.

Does anyone know for sure?

I searched around and didn’t see anything. There’s a section on the CBS on demand page for college basketball, but I’m not a member and didn’t see any games listed.

I'm not certain. I use YouTube TV, so my recordings hang around for 6-9 months, making their app currently unnecessary. Combine YouTube with ESPN+, and there's very little hoops that you can't get access to, and record.
