Just wanted to say thanks to all who watched us this year. Like everything else, our broadcasts this year did not come off without a "few" challenges.

I know I speak for Jacki Windon, Jim Scoby, Russ Eisenstein, and Rob Cornelius, in thanking Jason Chiappino, Don Moore, our student production staff, and those
in Ohio's athletic department, for their efforts.

For me, I have been involved with many athletic programs broadcasts, and working with the people in Athens has been a highlight....

We all are already looking forward to next year......

And thank you Marty for doing such an excellent job on Bobcat broadcasts. I've seen broadcasts from some of the other schools and our broadcast team is the best.

Marty, as I said in a PM to you a year or so ago, I really like the way you do our broadcasts -- both radio and on ESPN+. Your voice and your presentation always sounds top-notch and very professional to me. You are a great credit to our broadcast team!

Marty is the standard and handles all sports with his characteristic smoothness and professionalism. I truly enjoy watching the re-broadcasts to see all that I missed. (See, Marty......the ten bucks you gave me to type this was well spent!)

I too appreciate ESPN providing Ohio fans with broadcasts for OUr games.

Question for anyone who knows: Are replays immediately available on ESPN+? I was thinking of skipping the live broadcast, coming home from work around 4 and watching the replay as if it was live and with no knowledge of the outcome. Is this possible?

Oh blasted, I'll have to take back everything I said, as I see I'm agreeing with Mr. Rice Paddy Grunt. And, also, Marty, where's my ten bucks? ;-)

Should be. That's how I get to see them.
As an aside, Marty, I'll hold the ten bills for the old swabbie.......his hands are still slippery from all those years on the oil tender.

Usually within an hour after the game.

It's not 1998; nobody needs to go to Best Buy.

"Swill"? Freudian slip for a Bobcat? 😆
