Ted, I believe the Ohio-G. Mason game will be on CBSSN, as well as Tuesday's game.

This is yet again my plea to anyone in power to release the 2008 Bracketbuster game w/George Mason on YouTube. That was the most fun I've ever had watching sports in person.

Have been a fan of this game on the schedule. However, I was anticipating being 3-2 and not 1-4.

3 of George Mason's wins are against New Hampshire, Catawba, and Jacksonville Its other wins are Winthrop and Wofford. I think we have more quality win in Illinois State. So, I'm hopeful this is closer than it looks right now on paper.

George Mason starts 4 guards, but 2 are 6'5 and another is 6'6. This will likely be problematic for Pavs/Sheldon/Elliot combo. Hopefully we see more of Kelly.

Its center is 6'11. Malik Presley and Jahari Long are the long P5 castoffs. The rest of its core rotation are from MM.

Nick Ellington off the bench is a surprise. I watched him a year ago with Murray State at UIC. He's a beast in the paint.

As Shab's said, we'll need some magic for this one.

+100! This was one of the games that solidified my love of the 'Cats as a kid. Recent Final Four team in town, electric atmosphere, Rufus on a motorcycle, huge comeback.

If my memory's right, that '08 team had a number of good home comebacks--but this was the pick of the bunch.

I was a recent grad and this was one of my first games coming back to the Convo not sitting in the OZone. Leon Williams shot clock buzzer beating three is burned into my memory.

Should be an interesting matchup between their PG Kory Mincy and Pav. Both are averaging over 34 mpg, with Pav having a slightly better assist/TO rate and Mincy being the better rebounder. Pav gets to the FT line more often, but Mincy shoots it better. Mincy shoots it more an better from 3, but Pav is better from 2. Both players over 60% in effective FG.

Trends for George Mason:

- They get to the FT line A LOT, averaging almost 30 a game so far (Ohio is at 22).

- They rebound and dish out more assists than Ohio, but they also turn the ball over about 27% more than Ohio.

- They are 313th in KenPom's adjusted tempo. They're gonna try to slow us wayyyy down.

I'm not too familiar with Jahari Long but Malik Presley's original offer list?

Weren't we something like 10-20 or worse against the spread last year? I feel like Vegas overrating us has continued into this season. Only 6.5 point underdogs against 5-0 George Mason tonight.

Same here. I have Nelsonville TV Cable - which was bought by Spectrum but has not migrated over to a Spectrum account yet in my area near Chauncey so I cannot get logged into CBSSN as it is not available to Neslonville TV Cable accounts - ridiculous.....

George Mason's yet to play anybody and basically lost their entire team from last year. 7.5 (it's moved) is a lot on a neutral court.
