Haven't followed them and know little X's & O's compared to many of the posters here. What can we expect? How do we match up?

One of the worst free throw shooting teams in the country. I know that.

They're a bit like us. Good offense, they move the ball, they shoot well. I don't think their bigs are going to hurt us. Rebounding is average. Two 40% three-point shooters and a bunch of other respectable ones.

The key: They have a negative turnover margin. Considering they produced turnovers at a pretty decent rate, this is a team that doesn't take care of the ball.

And, of course, the locker room situation.

They didn't play a neutral-site game until the Big East tourney. They're now 3-1 on neutral floors while Ohio is 6-0 (2-0 at the Illinois bubble; 3-0 in the MAC tourney; 1-0 at the Dance).

Let's see, a clue without giving away too much....from Mt. Lebanon PA. Knocked down a bomb to either win or send to overtime a Bobcat 3 overtime victory vs rival Redskins at the Convo.

Listed as 6-4.

Okay 86, Mr. Super Slueth...How did you come up with the Correct answer? It was easy for me to remember the bit of trivia because I was a student then. My next clue would have been, his coach coached the Bobcats for 6 seasons.

For those trying to plan for Monday, it’s likely we’ll be playing in the evening, as there is one CBS game at noon, one CBS game at 2:30, and then the other six games are staggered across CBS/TNT/TBS starting at 5:00. My guess is we play in one of these slots:

5:00, TBS, Bankers Life Fieldhouse
6:00, TNT, Hinkle Fieldhouse
7:15, TBS, Indiana Farmers Coliseum

We probably won’t know until late tonight. Last night, they didn’t release the Sunday schedule until almost 2am.

Mid 70's.

Coach was Dale Bandy and after the team started struggling we changed his name to Stale Brandy!

I'm thinking we'll probably get one of the afternoon slots, hopefully the 2:30. They'll want to get as many interested eyes as possible on the tube so they won't want a 9 a.m. or 10 a.m. start for teams in their home markets. We're one of three games that have teams just from the Eastern and Central time zones. The other two are #8LSU-#1Michigan and #10Maryland-#2Alabama. The rest have at least one team from the Mountain or Pacific time zones. But one thing we have going for us (other than the Cinderella aspect) is that the teams in our game are the only ones from their conferences playing on Monday, so it might help if CBS is trying to avoid conference conflicts in their schedule.

yeah

we got the ultimate slot. Prime Time.

Creighton already played in Hinkle this year as has been par with where they are placing teams in this tourney. I don't care and neither do the guys I am sure.
