The "Tournament Central" on TruTV was awful. Yes, VCU bowing out is a big story, but the defending national champs losing in the first round to a 13 seed should at least get 30 seconds worth of airtime. They spent the entire halftime show and all of the between-game show on VCU, a 10 seed with little or no chance of getting past the second round, even without covid. Also, Ernie Johnson is terrible. I wonder what dirt he has on the TBS management to keep employed.
I think that team with Ernie are all pretty bad. Chuck was trying to remember a player and he said "you know....the big white kid".... at least the other 3 pointed out how inappropriate that was. They don't have a real handle on the college game and don't make like they even want to. Occupying the halftime with Katz's insights was ..... meh
At least Allie got props from the other guys on the Gonzaga game and she got to gush and rep the Cats...and remind us OHIO was the only team in the Buckeye state still playing

Talking about the Dayton Marriott and the OHSAA tourney.... VCU and the A10 refs stayed there including Roger Ayres who was one of the 6 refs removed from the NCAA tourney
"The hotel was packed," a source told CBS Sports. "They had some sort of other tournament there. People not adhering to protocols, walking through the hotel and lobby without masks.
"There were kids, parents and people with differences of opinion [about COVID-19] and the hotel staff -- I witnessed the ladies at the check-in yelling to people walking through the lobby about putting their masks on."
