Coach Saul Phillips has just hired Gavin to join the Northern Staff. Gavin was at Duquesne U for 2 years as a Grad Ass’t and now is a full time Ass’t under his former head coach
Gavin turned down a D 1 ass’t job to join Saul and the Wolves in Aberdeen

Reminds me of the first time that I saw Boals after he took the job. It was in Whit's on Court Street. I asked him who was going to be his pick coach? He smiled, stood up straight, pointed an index finger at his chest, and said, "Me!"
