Don't see why Towns needs to be thrown on the garbage heap so soon.
I don't see why any of the scholarship players remaining would be on the garbage heap. Nobody looked out of place when they got on the floor. Obviously, some of the younger guys need to get stronger and develop but this team seems almost like an "old-school" team where you had guys wait their chance and shine as Juniors and Seniors. Very rarely see players willing to let that happen anymore so who knows if it will. But I would be very surprised if Boals is inviting anybody that is left to seek another opportunity somewhere else.
I agree. Miguel and McMurray were the two guys who had limited potential for future playing time. Some of the guys will have to bide their time and need to develop, and guys don't always like to do that. There's probably a young guy or two who won't ever develop into a rotational player, but it'd be hard to say that yet. It'd be nice if the rest of the team is back next year.
