The Bears play Lewis & Clark University out of Idaho in the NC game on ESPN3 at 8:00 for those who are interested and have access. If you watch, I’d suggest paying special attention to 6’11” forward EJ Onu. He’s a load. Comes from a Cleveland high school. Locals in particular may find this of interest.

Their women's team was a national power in NAIA about 20 years ago. I don't recall their men ever getting this far.

Geno Ford was briefly the head coach of the men's team at Shawnee St. in 2001/02 with a 22-10 result.

Well, as you already know, my daughter is working on a master's at Fiami...but she doesn't keep up with MAC sports all that much. Maybe that's a good thing so we don't have a "house divided" deal. (LOL!)
