Kip French’s listed position on ESPN is Athlete.
Like a recruit in NCAA Football 2014.

Hronis has 4 personal fouls and 21 points, nearly of the points threes.

Fun fact: Cassandra (Wayne's World) was played by Althea Rae Duhinio Janairo (born January 2, 1967), known professionally as "Tia Carrere"

Thomas Hronis scored 17 points against Eastern Michigan in 2019 and now has 21 points against Ohio.
Thomas Hronis, Mid-American Conference menace.

In all seriousness, Concordia deserved to win this game today. Totally outplayed Ohio.

Happy that there was a 2nd half and we came back and played better and won by 20 against a NAIA team.
They gave us a scare in the 1st half.
On to the next game.

When they were up by nine with 16 minutes left their upset chance started to look pretty realistic.

Back from the game. McDay was not dressed to play today. We could have used his steadying influence. We got invited to the refs Thanksgiving dinner today for some good home cooking - Concordia ate at McDonalds. 20 to 10 on the fouls and 23 free throws versus 7. Have the funniest feeling Ezuma might be sleeping in the dog house for awhile with Townes watching over him. Boals was clearly frustrated with his play today.
That said, Sears, who looked really tired, sucked it up the last 10 minutes and gave a great performance. The day after Thanksgiving when all of your friends are home, a 4:00 game after the football team laid an egg, nobody on the student side of the arena, and a feisty opponent with nothing to lose - an excellent chance to lay an egg and that didn't happen. One game. Nothing to be too concerned about and I have a really good feeling that Boals will use this a learning opportunity for all.

Yes. On the bench in street clothes

We won. Ended up by a larger margin than how we played. It doesn't count for NET or RPI etc and everyone else will just see a 20 point win.
Move on to LSU and never speak of this atrocity again.
I'll say this. This team has some flaws that continue to rear their head and we need to address. No depth. Terrible rebounding. Offense that's heavily reliant on hitting 3s even against lower competition.

Refuse to let this game get me down. Now lose to LSU by 30 and I might change my tune. Moving forward #3 needs to show up. His disappearing act is now 6 games old.

Not ready to say this. This is a whole different conversation if Wilson is starting and one of the current starting five is coming off the bench.

For sure but we don't have him and wont for a yet undisclosed amount of time.
I'd actually argue DW3 returning could solve all 3 of the issues I stated.

I'll have to do a deep dive on it, but I believe this is one of several wins this season in which our opponent out-shot us. We seem to be consistently winning the turnover/foul battle to make up for weak shooting. Roderick is a huge part of the shooting woes (seeing him at 17.9% from 3 is startling).
Several minutes in the 2nd half had Sears & Schmock on the court at the same time, which was interesting but probably wouldn't have occured if McDay had played. Would like to hear an update on McDay. Especially as Roderick struggles, we really need him at LSU.
Yeah I know nothing hurt but those first 28 minutes were concerning for sure. Hopefully a wake-up call of sorts.

In 4+ seasons Jason Carter still struggles to finish at the rim. He had quite a few point-blank range misses again Friday.
