Agreed, have to crank it up to hear the play by play, then get blown out when the commercials come on.
I'm in the exact same boat.
It's not just the volume differential, its the whole production quality. the last time was nothing but static. This time, not as much static, but just a 1992 actv-7 grade sound production. no sound from the arena, and crew sound like they're on a phone somewhere in Siberia.
And now that I've spoken, more static.
