Trying to make sense of it all. After beating Miami, we jumped from 84 to 70? We are listed as having three Quad 3 wins. What are those wins? Cleveland State....and who else? Belmont counts as a Quad 2 win.

Quadrant 1: Home 1-30, Neutral 1-50, Away 1-75
Quadrant 2: Home 31-75, Neutral 51-100, Away 76-135
Quadrant 3: Home 76-160, Neutral 101-200, Away 135-240
Quadrant 4: Home 161-353, Neutral 201-353, Away 241-353

Belmont (38) is somewhat close to quad 1 and CSU (138) is very nearly Quad 2 as that was on the road. Akron and Miami are the road are both Quad 3. Home wins against them would be Quad 4.

NET's a strict system. Let's say we didn't budge from 84 after last night's game, that's a Q3 loss for Miami despite how good we are. As a result, I don't think Miami's getting an at-large bid.

Another weird thing that happened thanks to the NET system: Texas now has one Q1 win only because it lost at home Tuesday to Kansas State, which pushed the Wildcats from 76th to 65th in the NET, which made the Longhorns’ win at KSU earlier this month a Q1 win. In other words, Texas had to lose to gain a Q1 win.

Don’t have to worry about tracking the NET the rest of the way. As always, have to win in Cleveland. Would’ve been nice to win tonight to see where we would’ve jumped too. Let’s get Carter healthy and move past this one quickly.

If we win up in Toledo, wouldn't that possibly give us a Tier I win?

Toledo is currently 66. A win at Toledo at that ranking would be a Q1 win. But since we are 84, that would be a Q3 loss for them, so how far would they drop?

I would assume quite a bit of spots. Would be awesome if we can dish out some sweet revenge on their court.
