With the apparent departure of McDay, it very much seems to me that this is a whole different team than last year, three starters gone, another no longer a three point scorer, a new number 1 and 2 scorer, new guard and forward first off the bench. Lots of changes, hopefully with the same or better results. Boals is doing a great job making it work.
I agree. While it hurts to lose McDay Jeff has done an amazing job coaching the team through adversity and it's only going to make us stronger throughout the year. If my boy BRod can improve his three point shooting and Sears / Carter / BVP can keep up the quality play and Clayton / Ezuma / Towns can continue to contribute I can see us going places in March. Mega bonus if we get Wilson III back, as I saw a video recently of him dribbling and dunking in the Convo. He seemed to be moving around well!
BRod actually went to my alma mater (Olentangy Liberty) and we are of the same grade, and this funk he's in this year is not normally him. I'm sure it'll take a game where he's on fire to get him back in the rhythm.
