Seriously, whomever is in charge of the @OhioMensBasketball tweets the last couple of years gets an A+. Creative and funny. I have always said how important social media is when it comes to a program's branding. Does it sign recruits....no. Does it help engage a recruit's interest in a program....100%.

If you guys know who runs that account, let him or her know we appreciate it and they deserve a raise.

That is pretty wild. I mean, Jason Carter was teammates with Kenny Kaminski who played with Gary Harris at Michigan State. Gary Harris is in his 10th NBA season.

This is basically the OU basketball equivalent of the fact that John Tyler's grandson is still alive.

Maybe deserves its own thread, but I looked up the recruiting posts on Jason Carter. Lists when we first offered/targeted Jason Carter. The date on the post...7/30/2014! That's nearly 8 years ago! Saul Phillips had not yet coached a single game for the Bobcats at that point.

I love when team social media makes slight antagonizations to other teams. That line at the end of the EMU game about classes are cancelled but we still gave EMU a lecture - perfect.

How about "Chris Kaman/Earl Boykins/Wally isn't walking through that door" if we win our next few.
