Did not know this, thought he just played in Europe. Hoping he's safe and alright in the chaos over there.

Edit: He currently plays for BC Dnipro - a team based in Southern Ukraine. I'm not sure if it's Russian occupied but I'm praying for his safety right now.

Apparently, there's been some fighting in Dnipro but it's been confined to an attempted paratrooper assault that didn't go well for the Russkies. Looks like only eight paratroopers, with one killed and three captured. Most of the activity has been building fortifications and taking care of wounded at the military hospital there. https://www.nytimes.com/2022/02/27/world/europe/ukraine-c...

Thanks for sharing, crazy. What seems insane to me is that those guys who were interviewed were basically convinced that the invasion wasn't going to happen. Teammates telling them that Russia does this kind of stuff all the time.

His team's last game was Feb. 17. He didn't play. Four days before that he had 8 points, 15 assists and 6 rebounds. Hopefully he left sometime in the 2 weeks since he last played.

Sketchy sourcing, but this says he signed with an Israeli team.
