Great stuff. I love that he's still in school here and is slated to graduate this spring. He's such an easy guy to pull for. Hope he heals soon and gets back on the court in time for the playoffs.

Was wondering who the young lady sitting next to Preston during the game is. Girlfriend? Relative? Agent?

Girlfriend. Perhaps still a student here. She's been in a lot of marketing content.

Such an honor to meet him, wish him the best in the NBA!! Wish he got to play with the O-Zone rocking, he seemed to enjoy us being into it. Glad we could do a "JA-SON PRESTON!" chant for him.

Appreciate the podcast and enjoyed it but were there not any discussions about when he is expected to be “full go” and his active roster status with the team when he is? Those are the questions I personally would find of most interest. It seemed it was implied by the “maybe missing a year is a good thing” comment that he is out for the year but I wondered if that statement should have been taken literally or was actually a reference to virtually all year. Thanks.

I assumed JP agreed to do the podcast if there were no questions about the injury or plan for return, those were obvious questions that weren't asked and those guys know what they're doing. Of course we'd all like to know but I also assume JP and his team have good reasons for not discussing those subjects, especially at this stage of his career. I believe agreements like this are common for podcasts which are not press conferences and often not hard-hitting interviews.

About what I was thinking when I posted but thought I’d bring up the basic question without going into that part of it. But, why not say up front you can’t discuss those kind of things. You know, be transparent that you can’t be transparent. :)

+1. Someone should tell the host. Anyone know how to contact him?

Of course. Give it time though, with MAC wrestling C'ship in town and being in Cleveland next week we're booked. DW3 is a great idea, we'll make it happen.
