That's insane. Video on twitter (don't know how to embed it, if possible) says it's the first two time All-American since the 1970's and he was named the top Academic All American in the country. That's insane. Well done, BVP. There's been discussion on whether he should have his number retired. I know it's not an easy decision, but he is the consummate student-athlete. He sure represents our school well. If he doesn't want to play in Europe, I hope he takes a seat on Boals's bench as an assistant coach.

AWESOME job by BVP. He’s officially earned legends status among us current O-Zoners! Will go down as one of the best in school history!!

There is a full interview. FWIW, He sounds like in his mind he probably isn't coming back.

Fabulous, congratulations to Ben. Very well deserved.

And thanks for posting the interview, good to know his post-post-post graduation plans. Remarkable young man.

Not the way that I interpreted those remarks. He seemed to me to be saying that he hadn't really decided one way or the other.

After listening to this interview I learned that Ben wants to play professionally somewhere after college.
It wouldn't surprise me if he searches out advice on what he needs to improve on to play at the next level. This assessment could cause him to stay for 1 more year, as many players do, to enable him to improve their game and next level opportunities.

Same here.

He didn't give a definitive yes or not on whether he's coming back.

Bobcat fans can only feel pride with this announcement.

How many teams in the NCAA tournament could be the variable in the following inequality with x representing # of degrees for the entire team roster?

BVP # of degrees + Jason Carter's # of degrees > x

And yes, my 6th grade classes are just finishing up a unit on expressions and equations.
