Shooters can get hot. If his confidence comes back, better late than never. Having a consistent threat from him and a 3rd scorer alongside BVP and Sears, it could make a huge difference for this team. I'll be honest, I don't think it's going to be more than a random hot game because we've seen a season-long trend with him. But if he is going to "find it," there's no better time than tournament time.
+1 Yep, couldn't agree more. Let's hope that this loss is the start of BRod 2.0. I was hoping the they'd get the ball to him for the final potential tying shot. Make that and his confidence would be sky high.
I was hoping the same thing, if not BRod then another open shooter behind the line. But to your point in another thread, the ball was in Sears' hands not Preston's. Love Sears and what he brings but was hoping he would draw the defense and find the open shot. Unfortunately that's not usually our current point guard, hope he continues to develop that part of his game
