While last night made me really want to rip my hair out,
Stroh Center has historically been a house of horrors for us. We can only go forward now to NIU and the Tourney. As much as I want to be doom and gloom I know negative thinking isn’t going to help. It grinds my gears to hear “maybe next year..” because ANYTHING can happen in the tourney. We weren’t supposed to win it in 2012 and look what happened. I believe it can happen with this team. Now - we desperately need adjustment on offense. Defense - we’ve just happened to go up against teams that seem to even sink their bad shots.

Overall, I’m extremely fortunate to be a student and O Zone leader during this season and I’ll remember it for awhile. We will fight through this.

One of the best things to come out of this season is the work you've put in to bring the OZONE back. Be proud.

I will. I’m keeping my foot on the gas regarding the O-Zone and I have some others in mind
to succeed me once I graduate in either 23-24. Might be forced to move my graduation back due to some credits not transferring from community college.

Love it, been a long time since I've seen that scene and it always puts a smile on my face. Just what the doc ordered BTC, thanks.

Nah. But it doesn't matter what we think/do. What matters is has the team given up? My magic 8 ball says "Signs point to yes"

We got a decent draw getting the 3 seed. Hope the post season experience that this teams has plays to our advantage as Cleveland is a different animal. It's an NBA arena and we have played more games in that environment than most of the MAC. Toledo and Kent State are better teams right now but neither of them have played as many tournament games as our roster.

I like our side of the bracket (please, god, Miami beat Kent) and the draw of Ball State is fine.

No reason to give up now.

What I see is a burnt out and frustrated team. It's as much mental as it is physical. Hopefully they take the weekend off, have some fun, don't even think about basketball, then hit it hard on Monday. Just my .02

I agree with this take. I would also like to add that a little motivation can go a long way. The boys are playing with something to lose (the season is on the line and for Carter and BVP, so are their college careers). Hopefully that gets their minds and motivation right.
