I'm in. Is there not a way to see other people's brackets?

Wright State/Bryant was a damn entertaining game. Neither one of them looked like a 16.

Guessing maybe after they get locked down today we'll be able to see others.

Tanner Holden, the guy who Saul barely gave the time of day to. Even when he played a dozen games in the Convocation Center.

There were lots of guys across Ohio in our price range that did not hear from Saul's staff.

Were we recruiting Kevin Martin when Larry Hunter was here? The same year O'shea was hired was the Kevin's first year at Western Carolina. He was from Zanesville. We have a branch campus in Zanesville!

Saul did offer, but then cooled and basically quit recruiting him.

Martin only averaged over 20ppg six seasons in the NBA. (roll eyes icon here)

Those first couple of years he played for Houston, dude was really fun to watch.

And to think instead Saul recruited the stiffs Carter, Preston and the flunky BVP!

OHIO should go to court and get a refund of its payments to the worthless Saul--set OHIO's program back at least two years.

Loved Saul in person. And Boals. And Hunter.

Never met Christian or Groce.

I would think in his 5 years he’d get some good players. But your post is misleading. They were not in the same class.

So after 28 games, like in 2021, there are no perfect brackets left on any of the main bracket sites. Per ESPN.

I wonder what the % that went down with just the UK loss was.

No doubt anyone who actively roots against the Cats would be in the clear.

Brackets having any one of the upsets losing would be out....anyone that thought North Carolina who have been positively rolling would be gone or Alabama who have been in free fall and seemingly have problems with the locker room over the last several games would be winning have a losing sheet as well

Per ESPN on Saturday morning 161 of 17Million brackets were perfect after the UK loss. Right after that they said a guy in NYC bet $200 on St Pete to win on the money line.

Wonder what the payout was on that 200. Buy dinner for the team. That was a long shot for sure. I know nothing about betting. Not even the basics....well if they cover or not but past that, buying the hook/ plus 130, 165 or what ever ...I know nothing.

Got a feeling Vegas always has the lines pretty close but ....I work awful hard to get it, not really comfy giving it away unless it is to someone who needs it more....and that ain't Vegas.

I was in Vegas for a few days and ventured down to the sports book. I thought it was taking candy from a baby. It was, I was the baby.

Money line paid $3,200 on the $200 bet. UK was -$5k while St Pete was +1600 (per $100 bet)

Question is, if that person was putting $200 on that game, what has he wagered overall?

The biggest payout I'm aware of in LV was when a guy put up $100 on Howard over UNLV (kind of ironic) in football and took away more than a million smackers when the Bison pulled the big upset.

Wonder where he bet that? because Vegas had no line on that game.

It was reported at the time that it was a bet placed in LV. The stories I read said that it was the biggest upset in LV history. I'm not a bettor so I don't follow this stuff closely, but there were stories about it at the time. Maybe the reporters didn't get their facts straight.

Edit, found this quote from one story about the upset:

"Las Vegas sportsbooks, in the past, did not offer betting on some games featuring FBS versus FCS competition. But as the sports betting market has grown, books have increased their menus and now offer odds on more obscure games. The Westgate didn't post a point spread on the Howard-UNLV game until Saturday and attracted only minimal betting on the game, according to Sherman."

Another place said the odds were 600-1, so the guy getting a million plus dollars must have bet more than $100, but still an excellent return!

Just saw that coach K is 50-48 against Carolina. Does that mean that’s he’s only a mediocre coach when playing against teams with equal talent? Of course, there’s very few teams with equal talent.

Out of 217 opponents, K, while at Duke, has losing records against NC, Arizona (3-5), Arkansas (1-2), Stanford (1-2), SF Austin (0-1) and Wagner (0-1).

Thanks! I actually lucked into winning 2 tourney pools this year, but of course neither one of them had money riding on them.

My cash money tourney brackets ... did not turn out so good.
