This might be the year a big time program comes after Senderoff.

Free throws and several bad turnovers cost us the game. It was winnable. 24 wins is a great season any way you slice it. If our bench were a bit deeper, the starters don’t log as many minutes down the stretch of a long season.

Now we get to watch Albin’s team…… yay
Wait..can we play CBI or CIT? Even if BVP and JC say no our young guys need games. Boals completely mismanaged this team this year. And can someone find out if Lundo has a scholly? If so then YANK IT. He did not earn it. The inability to say goodbye to Lundo was a distraction.
We do NOT need to see this team play any more games. I love Boals, but he didn't seem interested in playing young players to see them develop. So let's please end this season, which spiraled over the past six weeks.

And as much as McDay gave us last year, let's please just move on. I don't know what's going on with him, but we need players who are "all in" and are reliable. We can't waste any scholarships. There are a number of players that Boals has decided can't cut it in terms of major minutes... let's let them walk and then refill those spots with key transfers or incoming freshmen.
Boals quote from post-game was "I'm just sad we won't get to coach these guys for another day." Doesn't sound like a coach or team looking to accept a CBI invite.

Calling it a day, and I can't say I blame them.
Totally agree! These players gain absolutely nothing by going to the CBI, CIT or other minuscule hoops tournament (I’m assuming an NIT invitation is out of the question). I remember years ago some posters were saying the football team should always accept a bowl bid because the extra allotted 14 practices helps a young team the following year. Yeah that never seemed to translate to any MAC championships.

Plus how much more playing do these guys need? Part the reason Ohio faltered down the stretch was due to an exhaustive February schedule. Boals said last night Tommy Shmock was playing with a 103 degree temperature (hopefully a slight exaggeration as that’s really high) and was throwing up. For all that’s good and holy, let’s let these guys rest and recover!

That decision would be hard for me to fathom unless there are a lot of injuries we have been playing through of which we are unaware.

Team Instagram account just posted a photo from last night’s game with the caption “Not done yet. Postseason info soon.”

Sounds like more hoops.

There have been.

Towns has a likely concussion.
Carter has a knee.
Schmock has a fever of 103.

BVP is about to turn 40 and needs to take his back pill.
Ezuma is trying to identify what the things attached to his forearms and wrists are.
Clayton has vertigo from constantly being pushed around.
Roderick plans on going on a 40 day trek through the wilderness to find his shot.
Miles Brown misses his mom.
Olumide wants to get back to Canada before the border gets closed.
Sears needs to get into Ping to start working on his "money shot"
Frazier needs to start his Carbo-loading and weight gainer 3000 regiment with the OU offensive linemen.

Likely a CBI or CIT bid. As much as I view these as "loser's tournaments" I think it's a huge opportunity to further develop our young guys.

Your off-the-wall sense of humor again? [I say this as one whose own sense of humor is somewhat idiosyncratic.]

Last 3 minutes, they have athletic wings, we have none. The rebuild begins.
We have no answer to athletic wings.
That's because this team really only has one athletic guard that can consistently play. And quality guard play wins in March. Always has, and I'd say, always will.

Look at the last 4 times Ohio went dancing and the guard/wing play on those teams. This team didn't have it consistently this year.
