Always a fun game to play every year in Bobcat land. And when I say full schedule, I mean an official release from the University with all games and dates. Not sporadic games mentioned on other sites. I swear we always seem to be the last Division-One school to release a schedule every year.

Good luck!

Winner gets two free tickets to the home opener against Catawba (kidding).

And to make this more interesting...let's guess the exact date when the entire 2022-2023 hoops schedule will be released by the athletic department with an official press release posted on ohiobobcats.com.

I'll go first.....

Over the last ten years or so, other than pandemic years, it's almost always been +/- a week from Labor Day.

So this year, to prove me wrong, the MAC will release it on August 15th.

If that's the benchmark, I'll take every date before that date. You can have that date plus everyone after. Guaranteed I got it in my window of dates. 😉

Ha..I hear ya....I can't remember, but man I swear it was late September last year when the full schedule was officially released.

We owe Belmont a return visit, right? I still vote for an entire TN mid-state multi-game kind of trip. Who wouldn't enjoy a Nashville trip? NHL hockey, NFL football, overpriced hotels, etc.

Yes, we owe Belmont a return. I assume Stetson owes us a return. That's pretty much all that is known at this point.

Really cool we are doing this. I believe we are likely playing @ Belmont and home against Stetson.

A Monday night game at Belmont. At least the Titans are out of town (@Kansas City) that weekend. Might keep hotel prices sane compared to 20,000 Chiefs fan in town if it was here... on a Monday night.

Both teams are sort of rebuilding. Should be a fairly even game.

Years ago we played at Stetson and the motel we stayed at had a neon sign that kept flashing "GO CATS TOP HATS".

Saw Toledo has a home/home with both Vermont and Northern Iowa. Hope we’re seeking out similar opponents.

The hotels in downtown Nashville won't have neon signs but if they did, they would say "brings LOTS of money." It probably costs as much to park at a downtown hotel like the Omni, as the motel near Stetson costs to stay at. The parking garage up the street from the Ryman I used to park at for concerts that used to be $6 (we actually used to generically call it "the six dollar garage") was $30 on an ordinary weeknight recently I was told. And it's not near any hotels.

Always get antsy when I see Jon Rothstein and Jeff Goodman release November/December destination tournaments and see some MAC schools listed, but crickets when it comes to Ohio.

I feel like I’ve seen every MAC school but us. As I pointed out above, really liking Toledo’s non-conference. Also participating in a Gulf Coast Showcase. Solid field.

Ohio and Marshall should be playing every year, football and basketball. I'd even consider a home-and-home every year in basketball (thinking of ND v. UCLA in the 1970s).

This seems like a "no-brainer" to me, but I guess the intelligentsia in the Roundhouse on Richland don't agree.

Hosting an MTE with Eastern Illinois and Alabama State. Both were pretty awful last season.

Very likely the case that we are looking for one more team to join it.

Not having good vibes about the schedule. I know we know very little up to this point, but ugh with this group of teams. Are we really going to go two straight years without playing in a destination November/December tournament?
