With this being a vote of coaches, it is interesting.
Oakland is eighth. Akron was just out of the top 25 in 28th. Kent State was 32nd. Ball State, Central Michigan, Miami and Eastern Michigan also got votes from the MAC. Non-conference foes Illinois State, IUPUI, Valparaiso and Robert Morris also got votes.
The Atlantic 10, Conference USA, Mountain West and WAC are not included in the poll.
Voters from the MAC are Western Michigan's Steve Hawkins and Central Michigan's Ernie Zeigler.

Oakland will be very solid. Going to be a tough early season game in the Convo. Nice time to have Devo make his debut.

Our schedule is littered with some pretty good mids. Luckily we get most of them at home.
