Agree with Monroe on the muzak, but I enjoyed the video nonetheless.  BTW, whatever happened to the O-H-I-O rap music produced by our very own bobcattacker.  That would have been ideal to accompany this video.  I believe the idea was to play it at games, too.  Thanks for posting.  Should make this a complete tourney run video and include the Georgetown game, too!

I'm working on a song for this season.  Was going to do one last year but I got a late start and just didn't really get it done.  I would like to put a video together but I don't really want to do it unless I can use hd video.  Maybe I'll try and get a hold of someone in the video department to see if I can get some dvd's.  Anyway, I'll definitely post whatever I get done up here before the season.

Um, maybe if this was the 1980s. Nothing wrong with picking a song that is pretty new to be the soundtrack for a video. Of course I'm sure in Monroe's mind the only music that is good is the stuff he likes.

Daronce Daniels produced that video, not Evan. Check out his football videos. They're meant for the teams to see as opposed to featured on the official website. Anyone know if Daronce will be back for another year?

Yeah...the 80s still seem hip to me...to OhioCatFan and Monroe, you have to go back to the 60s.

Thanks for posting this again.  I eagerly await the 2010 edition.  I hope that the powers-that-be will play it over the speakers at home games.  It's the only rap song that I like.  And, you're the only rap artist that I'd walk across the street to see perform.   See, Jeff, I'm hip!  How about you, Doc.  You in?

Sorry Monroe disagree.  Ask the guys on the team if they think it's good.  I bet they have a different opinion. It's a generational thing.

I wonder if you guys heard the same kind of comments from your parents about Rock & Roll.  I can see Monroe rolling his eyes at Papa Slavin now as he switches the AM dial...

It isn't that at all.  There's plenty of excellent music today and was plenty of bad through all of my days.

Will anyone be listening to this song 5, 7, 12 or 18 years from now?  Is it running through anyone's mind with force now?

Not all music is good.  This piece is very average or worse.

I read a book about the Pistons championship years a few years back.  (I think it was named 'Bad Boys.'  ??)  I remember the importance the organization placed on the music played at games.  I think that called it 'epic hero' or 'anthem hero' music or some such.  It set the crowd ablaze with the team.  This song don't.

Thanks for everyone who watched the video...I put a lot of hard work into and it was a lot of fun making the videos for the guys. I see everyone has started a big debate on the music...I picked it because they kept playing that song in the arena and all the guys loved it.  

Ohiobobcats.com has been doing a great job this year...we just need more shots of my favorite cheerleader... GO BOBCATS!

Thanks Buster...It was a lot of fun...but since my little sister is a cheerleader she asked me to step off a little bit and give her, her freedom so I am making videos for my hometown of Cincinnati now thought. But I miss Athens it was great and the Bobcat fans are the best..right up there with the Elon Phoenix fans lol haha
