Hello Bobcats.

Me and some buddies are coming up to Athens for the first time for the game Saturday and I'm hoping to maybe get some questions answered if you wouldn't care.

1. We don't have tickets YET. Our allotment at Marshall was sold out so I'm gonna buy MINE through the ticket office tomorrow online... but would you all say it should be easy to get tickets for cheaper than that, and how strict are your ticket takers, like could we move down closer to the court if there are open seats?

2. What do you expect from attendance?

3. Any pre game or post game festivities going on?

4. What are your predictions?

This is a good rivalry and I hope we keep it up!

1,)  You'll be able to get tickets at the gate and avoid paying a service charge online.  Just buy them at the Convo on Saturday.

2.)  Attendance will be light because the students are on break until January.

3.)  There are no organized pregame festivities.  A lot of folks go to BW's up the street or Broney at the end of Court St. for pregame meals.  If you are just wanting to drink, pick any place on Court St.  They are all fun in their own way.

4.)  Who knows.  OU got beat pretty bad by Marshall last year, then beat a lot of good teams later in the year.  I would say it is a coin flip on the outcome.

$15.

There is medium policing of the lower bowl seating but absolutely none in the upper bowl.

When I go I plan on buying a season pack. I can make my money back in 2 games and have some left over. Pretty good bargain over there. Been looking for a while now at coming that way plus I can sell the games I won't go to to other folks here who may want to go over and see Ethan and maybe make my money back. .

He is saying he is going to buy 4 season tickets for $109 to sit in the upper bowl behind the baskets.  If you go to two games, season tickets pay for themselves.

One other option is the Bobcat Weekend pack which is only $39 and includes games against Marshall, IUPUI, Miami, and Buffalo or Marshall, Robert Morris, Kent State, Northern Illinois. Pretty good deal there too.
