remember that Oakland team that beat us earlier in the season. They almost beat Michigan State on Saturday and today, they beat #7 Tennessee. Not as bad of a loss after all.

They also gave Illinois all they wanted.  I don't remember many here saying it was a bad loss; anyone who saw Oakland knew they are legit.  I am not at all surprised they knocked off one of their big opponents.

I think I remember saying at the time this Oakland team was good.  Does not surprise me a bit.

Yup, I was at the game. We smashed them in the first half, up by 13. Then they dominated the second half, we couldn't get to the basket and they got a lot of offensive rebounds. Benson was a beast and Hudson had 6 offensive boards and played really well along with Wright.

Tough loss :/

I only got to see the 2nd half of our game against them and honestly I heard about this great NBA prospect on this board prior to the game but the part of the game I saw I didn't know which player it was. After tonights performance I would say Benson is that guy. I don't think 10 pts and 6 rebs is being a beast especially against our interior this year. Now 26 points and 10 rebounds against Tennessee's interior is being a beast.

Benson was in foul trouble against us, but I remember him blocking a couple of shots early. They sure do play a tough schedule.

Exactly. Benson only played 19 minutes against us with the foul trouble. Seemed like he was on the bench most of the second half.
