No official line listed in the Dispatch today, but if you go by Sagarin, Ohio should be favored over St. Francis (PA) by about 14 pts.

Statistically, the only area where St. Francis really excels is in rebounding.  They are really struggling with their perimeter shooting, only shooting about 26% from three.  Felder, Ervin, Johnson and Orandi are a combined 20 of 92 from three.  Shannon is a threat from three, but so far, no one else.  Wonder if we'll see a sagging defense from Ohio, or some zone?

St. Francis commits a lot more fouls than the opposition.  Also, their assist to turnover ratio is not good.

If we can keep them off the offensive boards, it should be a double digit victory for the Bobcats.  But considering our inconsistency, we can't take anything for granted.

Really concerned about attendance tonight, if Sunday's game was any indication.

I wouldn't say they excel at rebounding.  They're 99th in offensive rebound% and about 150 in defensive rebounding%.  They are the 14th-fastest team in the country, which should be fun.

I'd expect about 1500 people to be there tonight. I don't give a hoot about attendance at these winter break noncon games. The team needs to create its own energy for the game. I wonder if Coach Groce gave the team an incentive in ceasing the 6:30 AM practices if the team shows up tonight.

Cheerleaders in Louisiana, don't think there's a band... should be a crackling atmosphere.

Not having to listen to what Russ is wearing was a nice break.  I really enjoyed these commentators, although I don't think they realized that the webcast could still hear them during media timeouts

Nice Kevin Malone (from the Office) impression by Casticone near the end. Good outside shooting in this game, hopefully that will carry over to the St Bon and Temple games.

nice blowout win for Ohio. Was never really close from midway through the first half on.

Yeah that minute long bit they do when there is no meaningful action going on in the game really is a b*&#$ isn't it? How dare he!

Personally I think that schtick is pretty funny. I'm a big Russ fan.

Agree with OUVan.  I appreciate the sense of humor that Russ and Rob inject into the broadcasts...they don't have to be plain vanilla to be good.

+1.  They are consistently the best dressed broadcast team in the MAC.  I really like their broadcasts for the rare games that I do not get to see live.  It is never boring, yet not over the top.  At least we aren't hearing , "Boom goes the dynamite!"  (On a side note, I'm wearing a 3 button, navy suit with a windowpane pattern, white shirt, silver and blue cufflinks, lime green and white patterned tie and cordovan shoes.)

Here's some fire, Monroe...back in Leon Williams' freshman season, I made the long trek up to St. Francis (literally in the middle of nowhere in the mountains of Pennsylvania), met Pete Chouteau, and watched our Bobcats under TOS lose to the Red Flash.  Of course, the Red Flash was a better team back in those days...one of the better NEC teams then.

And while Russ is at OU, maybe we can get him some remedial math courses -- something he apparently missed out on at SIU.

Much better ball movement in this game than in previous games that I have had the chance to watch.  It goes without saying that we made a lot more shots in this game than in those previous games.  Hopefully the open looks continue to fall.
