Watching them play against MD on a neutral court and they are up 32-21 at the half.  It looks like another tough game for us. They have a couple big guys that could give us some problems, as well as an experienced PG to run the show and get them into their offense.  The good news is that they do not appear to have a capable backup behind him, so if DJ can get him into foul trouble, that could be a big help.    Hopefully we improve a lot before that game in the Convo.

The PG (Fernandez) has a very good mid-range game.  He penetrates into the lane and then either pulls up for a jumper or a floater in the lane.  Temple overall was very good on the offensive glass (more in the first half but they kept it up somewhat throughout the entire game) so we will have to work hard to keep them to just one shot when they miss.

Owls survive after allowing the Terps to come back from a 15 point deficit in the 2nd half.  We are gonna need a good turnout to help the team against a solid Temple squad

Gee, I wonder how we would do against Georgetown? I was hoping Temple would be undefeated before the Cats take them down

Temple was ranked to start the season and they rush the court when they beat the Hoyas this early in the season....I thought they were a storied "high-major" program. Why would they do that?

Yet we have stormed the court following victories over Miami, Akron, George Mason, and Western Michigan...

Sorry, just keeping it real.

Does the Western game count? Isn't that the game where only you and Dragon stormed the court? Or am I thinking of a different game?

Ha, that was the Miami game in 07-08.

The WMU game was my freshman year (04-05). I think WMU came into the game undefeated in conference play and we handed them their first loss and we stormed. We also stormed againt Miami that same year for no real reason.

I remember that Western one all to well. Western's Ben Reed had a knack for hitting jumpers and then flipping the O Zone off. Stay classy Broncos.

Don't we storm the court every year against Miami for no real reason?  I thought it was more of a tradition.

And I'm sorry, storming against Akron in 06 was worth it.  That had to be the most electric home game in my time at OU.

We have never stormed the court when it wasn't worth it.  Screw the "Act Like You've Been There Before" crowd.  Do you know who acts like they've been there before?  Those that reside in Millett Mausoleum. Screw that.

Its only natural that we storm so much. Its because of the location of the O Zone. There is only one thin line of cheerleaders between the O Zone and the court. I haven't seen any other student sections in the country with so little between the students and center court.
