Undisciplined.

Yes...the refs stole it from OHIO, but the shot selection during the final 2 OT sessions was brutal.

We just want to continue to shoot jumpers, rather than push the ball down low to our bigs, oops I forgot they all fouled out, except 1 which didn't play.
The biggest player didn't play even after 5 guys foul out? Is Ethan this years big stiff, following in the foot steps of Bota, Ottrix, & Nagtzaam?

Agreed. It wasn't that great for the rest of the game either.  Tough loss.

My one word for this game would be BRUTAL.

I feel bad for the players... they didn't deserve to lose this.

SOFT.   66.1% shooting  2nd half, 61.1% shooting OT, 56.7% shooting game, 73.9% shooting two inside players, 53 rebounds. Refs were bad, but not as bad as our defense. Don't think I would get much argument from the coach on this either.

How are you supposed to play defense when you get a foul for a drop of sweat landing on the other player. Everytime we tried to play defense we got a fouled called on a tick tack stupid foul . It had to be frustrating for the guys.

John Groce on his coach's radio show last night recognized the great night DJ Cooper had in Olean, NY, but also said that "DJ knows he needs to be more efficient in running possessions".  Without doubt in reference to the shot selection late in the contest.

Stop whining about fouls. Bad defense leads to a lot of fouls. Defense is not played with your hands. There are three things I personally feel you use to be a great defender. First and foremost is Want, you need to make it personal. This guy is not going to make me look bad no matter what. You either Want to play defense or not. Second, you play defense with your feet. Do you think refs are going to give you a call if you are out of position and reach in to try and steal the ball. They know when a guy is being lazy. Hell I here Coach talk about lazy fouls all the time. Third, you have to use that little thing God gave you thats between your ears. You have to be smart. With scouting you practically know everything they are going to do. Anticipate, and beat your man to where he wants to go. These guys are old enough and have played b-ball long enough to know this.If they do not know how to box out or play D then we should not be recruiting them. Defense wins championships.

Baffling.  How could a team put up 34 more shots than its opponent but make only 2 more?  The law of averages would say that five or ten of those should have gone down.
