Final Ohio 74, Indiana State 62. Ohio looked like a team that is starting to put it together. They covered the Sycamores' 3-point shooters well, hit 10 3's themselves, and picked up a lot of assisted goals. Four players scored in double digits - Kroll, Felder, K. Hale, and freshman Jaya McClure. 19 points for Kroll. Hale scored on at least 3 backdoor cuts, as well as on some acrobatic moves around the basket, and McClure really stepped up when Felder was down for most of the second quarter after twisting a knee. Fortunately, Felder's injury is apparently not serious - she played nearly all of the second half.

That's great news on Yaya. The last thing this team needs right now is to lose her, too, for extended time.
Congrats on the W, ladies. Let's string a few together!

I think we'll see a lot of sustained improvement from this team as Boldon goes to work with a complete rework of the roster and system behind it.
