Winthrop falls to 8-8 in the Big South (12-14 overall) on a buzzer beater in the second over time at High Point.

Also, congratulations Coach Holtzman.  Gardner Webb beat Coastal Carolina 59-57 to drop CC to 24-3 and end the nations longest winning streat (22 Games)

We have both BG and Akron at home and now are just a game behind both of them and Buffalo. It'd be nice to catch at least one of them in the standings and work our way up to at least the 7 seed.

Agreed.  I had the Bobcats going 3-2 after the next five MAC games and Buffalo was one of the losses.  So, I think we have a great chance of getting that 7th seed, just as long as we get the home court advantage.
