I think the unexpected departures from the team the last couple of seasons has taken a toll. A few good young players right now and more good  talent coming next year from what I hear. That never hurts.

Only 10 on the roster (according to the website):
2 - Srs
1 - Jr (she's talented and really fun to watch)
4 - Sophs
3 - Fresh

Young and still learning. You can see flashes of their talent at times but they still make young team mistakes. I have a feeeling in two years this will be a really fun team to watch.

They are truly awful. Outside of Tenisha Benson, this team has nobody. They can't score or shoot. They are very bad.

That hurts me to say since I think Semeka Randall is a very nice women who is trying her best as coach of the lady Bobcats. They need to improve a lot of things before they get any better.

There is no reason to think this team is going to get any better anytime soon.  Randall hasn't made any sort of case for renewing her contract.  When she took over, the program was in better shape than it had been in for quite some time.  Now, we're bottom feeders again.

When I first shook hands and chatted with Sylvia, she exuded command presence - and it was reflected in her team's play.

When I first shook hands and chatted with Semeka, she looked like a doe blinded by the headlights - and it's reflected in her team's play.

Any idea who was on the search committee for this most recent hire?  I know for FB there was a good sized committee as there was for the AD.

I wish we could run some sort of Macro to figure out how many times we've read that exact phrase on this site (v1 and v2) - it has to be upwards of 10 Jagillion or thereabouts.

Bottom line, Crawley had the team steered in the perfect direction. Randall has taken them off course.
