at kentstatesports.com.  It was supposed to cost $6.95, but when I hit the "watch" button, the game came up with no request for money.  It's a pretty good webcast to boot.

GO OHIO!

OCF--What?!  It's free but it's really, really choppy.  Basically not very watchable.

And the kents announcers must be students, right?  They're not even near Russ VOTB Eisenstein and Rob Cornelius's league.  I espec liked the timeout taken by Coach Groce with about a minute to go in regulation after the 'nouncers assured us that Coach Groce had already used his last timeout.

The feed was great for me, not choppy at all.  Announcers had to be muted, but that's what you get with the home team feed.  Russ and Rob are just head and shoulders above the others in the MAC...especially some work for free on the internet feed guys!  They would have been better off having the KSU radio guys doing it, they are decent.

Monroe,

It was not choppy here.  The video and audio streams were very good.  Now, the content of the audio was something else.  Yes, they were obviously students, so I'll cut them a litltle slack.  I did notice the TO confusion.  Glad I got to watch it on my 'puter rather than listen to the radio.  I didn't miss hearing all about what kind of clothes the announcers were wearing and hearing the words "rock" and "pumpkin" used beyond the point they are adding variety to the narrative.  BTW, I wasn't wearing my lucky Bobcat underwear, because I was already in my night clothes!

Yours in Bobcat Glory,

OCF

If oldkatz has "MAC Conference" copyrighted, he will be very rich following that broadcast.

I ran both OUr audio, and the kent video, were almost perfectly timed, with very little buffering.

It's very old school, Ted.  But, hey, Lickliter won't even let me copyright basketball thirty or anything else relating to time.

Better watch it; some on here get their dander up when you mention geeky things like iPhones.  This would particularly be true if you were watching the game on your iPhone from 40,000 feet while jetting to Bermuda.

Just an FYI:

You can watch the replay the OU/Kent game on Kent's website.  Since they are now using the same Stretch Internet service that OhioBobcats.com uses, it should be familiar to everybody:

http://www.kentstatesports.com/links/kv3frf

Click the "On Demand" tab, then click the watch link for our game.

It's worth the time just to watch those passes DJ was dishing out in the 1st half!  He was really putting the bigs (Washington, in particular) in great positions to finish.  And like Flomo said in another thread, Big Reg needs some love for doing an OUTSTANDING job of playing defense on Kent's Greene.  He really shut him down for most of the game.  Great help D on him as well.  Contested almost every shot in the first half.
