We still have a mathmatical chance to win the east and also the #1 seed
Ohio must win final two games
Akron wins at Kent st
BGSU beat Kent st
Buffalo wins at Miami
Ball St beats WMU
Ball loses their other game.
Ball state wins west division at 10-6

Record against east division
Ohio 6-4
Miami 5-3
Kent st 4-4
Akron 4-4

combine head to head in 4 way tie would go to Ohio.  4-2 vs that group Miami, Akron 3-3 and Kent 2-4.

Ohio head to head over Ball state.

Stranger things have happen.

Not sure if the bobcats can get there or not, but your East records are a bit off in the list.

You have OU playing 10 east games .. while the others only 8.  If UA beats Can't & loses to OU, they'll also be 6-4 in the East.  Not sure about your rivals, but Can't would be 4-6 in the East.

I believe we'd also clinch the #1 seed if your first four events occur, but WMU beats Ball State and then loses at CMU.  That would create a 6-way tie for first at 10-6, but I believe we'd win that tie-breaker by virtue of our 5-3 record against the other 5 teams (and 2-0 record against Akron in this hypothetical).

Been saying all year that the MAC is a nuthouse again. Two games left, we could end up anywhere from 1 to 9.

If we just win the last two games we finish ahead of Akron.  That is fact.

Is the whole tourney in Cleveland, or are there first round games at campus sites?
