Winnable game. Depends on which Florida team shows up. The one that has wins over Oregon State and Florida State (though FSU is bad) and some lopsides over other mids, or the team that lost to FAU and got hammered by UConn and WVU?

From ESPN's "3 teams with questions":

The Gators had NCAA tournament hopes in Todd Golden's first season in Gainesville; but they are now 0-4 against teams inside the top 135 at KenPom, and they were barely competitive against the West Virginia Mountaineers and UConn. The Gators have to right the ship quickly if they're to turn things around in SEC play.

Very much a winnable game for us. If we can have a game like we did against Michigan I think we can get some sweet revenge for the 2004-2005 team.

FAU looks like a solid team this year. 8-1; smacked Detroit, EMU, and FGCU. Some solid transfers and what looks like a deep CUSA team. Not sure that’s a bad loss by season’s end. That said, Florida is definitely a winnable game.

Similar to Michigan, its offense runs through a 6’11 C in Collin Castleton. Only other player in double figures is Belmont transfer Will Richards.

Good point about Richards. If he does his job in practice this week, he'll be telling his teammates all about the Ohio game in the Convo last year. That alone should tell them to not take Ohio lightly.

Isn't UConn #3 in the nation in the new poll? WVU is 8-2?

Correct. But I'd expect Florida to not be outclassed to that degree against anyone in the country.

Oh great, another game against an awful major team that will be ticked off when we play them! This can go 1 of 2 ways: we get smashed by an angry team. Or, we take it to them early like we did Michigan and they wither. They have a nice big man like Michigan does so Dwight will get his chance again against prime competition. We really need to see a well-rounded performance again from everyone. Did anyone notice Wiz's stat line the other day? He had six boards and really looked active around the basket. That's what we need from him. I hope he continues that role.

I hope this is a nice experience for Bobcat fans in the Tampa area + . Im glad the game is televised. This would be a neat game to steal. I would hope the guys (players) enjoy a little southern comfort.. Go Bobcats.. not bobbies, etc. b.s.:/

Saw a social media post that looks like Miles Brown was at least participating in the team's post travel shootaround or practice in Tampa, so there is at least a little hope that he plays.

Time to record and watch something else. Tough to watch and I don't blame JB or the players. Transfers, Confusion and NIL just ruin the Cats. Going to be a flip of the coin situation year-by-year. Joke city.

Wiz is gonna be working in the Rohr Room next season.

I've never seen someone out of position on every single play. Every one. He's allergic to getting rebounds. I just watched a guard shove him out of the way for what should've been the easiest rebound all night. 3 dumb fouls for just being out of position and not knowing how to set a screen.
