While this is not the way that you wanted to end your careers at Ohio, you were a part of a very special time for Ohio Basketball. I will always remember Freeman draining 3s against Georgetown while Washington put the finishing touches on them (and ended up as the poster child for Ohio all across America.

Dont forget about Tunji and Sayles. These guys played some huge minutes this year for us, and also came to practice and busted ass every day.

There was a play in the second half last night that summed up Tommy's career. He gets a steal around midcourt and has a potential two on one break with Kellogg. Instead he turns and makes a quick handoff to a streaking DJ who makes a sweet pass to Kellogg for the layup. A couple things standout in the play. He could have gotten the assist himself but instead he gets it into the hands of the player who gave the team the best chance to score. Secondly, the fact that he knew where DJ was going to be was amazing. It was a truly heady play. Hopefully the young guys have been paying attention. Not sure where but Tommy is going to be coaching somewhere next year (not sure if he has any plans to play in Europe).

Yes, thank all four of you. You've helped make wearing green interesting and fun. And you wore the green with character and integrity. Well done.
