I just received an email from a friend of mine that was forwarded from Marshall's Big Green Club.  Apparently, the game is free and available after 7:00 via live streaming video.  I have attached a copy of the email, which includes the link below.  It might work.  It might be a devastating virus.  I did get it from a reliable source with less-than-questionable taste in college sports teams, so nothing would surprise me.

Aaron

Big Green Members,

The game will be on-line for free by clicking on the link

http://www.b2livetv.com/partner_members.asp?id=379

It says, “this broadcast has been cancelled”, but it has not been cancelled..  The Icon will be live at 7pm

Thanks & Go Herd,

Travis Epling.

That's the same info that is on the CIT website. I signed up for my free account last night and it did need to install some java thingy...hopefully marshall's 56k modem coming out of their campus can keep up...maybe they will ban access to cousin-lovin'.com during the game so the feed works.

They're going to have to ban roadkillrecipes.com too.

If anyone has troubles getting the video to work, it didn't work for me with Firefox, but it is working great with Google Chrome. Just my experience.

Hilarious. I can get the ETSU game to load...crystal clear quality, but OU-Marshall is nowhere to be found. For my own humor, I clicked the link to the Northern Iowa game which starts at 8, and I have clear video of any empty gymnasium for shootaround.

Hopefully the players use these technical difficulties as motivation to get to at least the NIT next year.

EDIT: I'm using IE.

IE worked to get the ETSU game, it should work for our game.

And I did download Chrome and that didn't work.

well i think each school is using a different hosting source. This game is on Marshall's website, so it might be different from ETSU.

Had that problem on Chrome. Switched over to Firefox and it works.

The audio seems a second behind though (or maybe it just takes the Marshall announcers a little longer to process their thoughts and talk)

I cannot get it on internet explorer and my Macafee virus program keeps removing what it believes is a trojan virus.  I may just live with ESPN gamecast.  At the end of the half, I saw that Marshall called a full timeout with 1 second to go in the half.  I commented to my wife something like what a waste cause there is hardly any time to shoot, and then boom - - - Marshall sinks a three.  Arrggh!!
