As usual, I have O-H-I-O to win it all.

Before I make my picks this year, I have a procedural question.

Let's suppose I were to pick a team to win it all... just for the heck of it, let's use Ohio State as an example. Suppose OSU wins the tournament and consequently, I win the BobcatAttack pool and the glorious crown that goes along with it. Then suppose later on down the road, it's discovered that OSU is a bunch of big fat cheaters who have committed numerous NCAA violations and they get stripped of their tournament title.

Do I have to give the crown back?

Only if you were a party to the violations.

Thank you, Dragon... now I can work on my picks. And thanks for setting this up for us again, it's always my favorite pool.

On another note... since Akron RUINED March Madness for me this year and I do not have a MAC team to root for (sorry, if it was any other MAC team I would, but I can't do Akron), I am going to be a Morehead State fan. Is anyone else loving this Faried kid who broke Duncan's NCAA rebounding record?

I like Faried, but I love Duncan... so I'm torn.  But I'm all for MSU winning another one this year!

What is the prize for first place? Just curious.  Bragging rights, you say.  Well, I better brag now on my temporary stay in first place along with several other superb prognosticators.  This will not last for long. Now tellme, who the heck picks Morehead over Louisville?  That's incredible!

I've got them going to the Sweet 16. Doesn't sound so crazy now, does it?

So much for the upset-filled Southeast region.

The SE region is easily the worst I've ever done in a region.

I was actually upset by that.  Wednesday night late when I glanced at it, there were 110.  I thought that was awesome.

That makes me Toledo.

I don't have a single team left in the Southeast.  I have had a number of bad brackets before but I've never whiffed one quite like this.

I'm sitting pretty in 3rd with only Medler (who picked Notre Dame to win it all), and Jim Bob (who picked no one to win it all) in front of me. Rock Chalk Jay Hawk for me.

just noticed that i forgot to pick the winner despite giving a score. not my best move. Oh well, at least i can say I led through the first 2 rounds.

Might as well pick a winner here, so you can get some cred if you "win".

I think he clearly picked Kansas by the score ;)

So, the #1 bracket on ESPN.com right now is Ohio University student Joe Robbins (who happened to shoot the video highlights that got sent to stations like WSAZ during the season).

Last year I got three of the four Final Four teams -- but lost.  I'm a sore loser, so I boycotted this year's pool.

I will relish being in 1st place going into the championship game, but it looks like it's down to Kon's Pix(aka Don) or Slim Chance(aka MzBobcat) who will take the crown!  Kudos to MzBobcat for picking Butler to go all the way again.  Never thought they could repeat that run!
