Whoa !!! 10 years already? I wish we had the internet and this message board 40 years ago. It is absolutely great to have this forum for all of us Bobcat fans.

That picture on the front page brings me back to my college days.  Thanks to all the people who put in the work for basically nothing to give us a place to talk Bobcats.  With a less than national powerhouse program, this type of forum is essential to keeping up with things.  Just think how many people are still closely following Ohio athletics from afar thanks to this site...It only helps the program.

The article has a HUGE omission though - Ryan Carey himself - For working countless pro bono hours to develop BA v 2.0 in 2004, with an incredible improvement in usability and creating the unique stand alone forum we all enjoy.  It may be because I am used to it, but I still have yet to come across a forum better than this one.

LOL, one of the last topics on the basketball board was "lack of a center."  Some things never change.

Are we stuck in a time warp of some sorts?  I see discussions of MAC vs MVC, OSU sanctions,  talk of heading to different conferences, etc.  Seems no matter how things change, they always remain the same.

Ryan was too modest to include himself in the accolades.

I have high respect and admiration for Ted, Ryan and Mike for all their work to birth this site and make it work.  My own contribution as a moderator is small potatoes (not mashed potatoes, let me make that clear ) compared to those three.

There are others mentioned by Ryan who have helped so much over the years, and I appreciate their work as well.

I think the greatest impact this cyber-community has had on my life is connecting me with dozens of new Bobcat fans, many of whom have become friends over the years.

I also saw a subtopic named "Grammar"....

Thanks to all for their hard work during 10 awesome years and best wishes to a successful future.

Happy Birthday Bobcatattack ! !        Was a little skeptical about joining Bobcatattack, but it was one of the best moves I have ever made,  Have made life long friends on this board and I'm looking forward to meeting new Bobcatattackers this fall,  during our Bobcatattack Football Tailgate Party's inTailGreatPark.  If you have never attended a Bobcatattack Tailgate Party,  then you have been missing out, so make plans to attend one this Fall.

           Here's to 10 more years !

I was going to make a comment shortly after this was uploaded (~3am) that the date on the article (April 10th) didn't match up with the current date (April 12th).   As someone who hadn't yet joined this board at that time, I was reluctant to post anything on the subject.  I'm glad I didn't because I was going to post something pertaining to a belated birthday, which would have made me look foolish.

Happy Birthday!

I may be a day late and a proverbial dollar short but to all those who administer and provide this forum for our enjoyment, a rousing standing ovation and multiple curtain calls. I have to wonder what you’ll do for an encore! Thank you and go Ohio!
