Trailed at every stop, got absolutely killed on the glass, and outside of YaYa not sure who can reliably contribute. But the rebounding is a long term theme and Achilles Heal.

I know the Womens program doesn't equal the Mens program but playing at UK tomorrow sounds...terrifying.

Ladies were tied at the half, lost 95-86. Good showing.

I thought they played their best game of the year today. Offensively, it wasn't just the YaYa show, although she had 20. Kroll, Garnett and McClure also scored in double digits, and Dennis, Pope and the Hale sisters contributed as well. The shooting overall looked much better, especially from three.

They actually played well defensively in the first half, holding Kentucky to 33 points. They were doing a lot better job of getting out on 3-point shooters, and seem to be surer of where they are supposed to be on defense. But the Wildcats put up 62 in the second half. 23 second chance points on 20 offensive rebounds and 25 points off 20 Ohio turnovers made the difference.

Ohio has had 11 available players the past few games, as both the Hale sisters have returned, so they have depth that wasn't available for several previous games. One possible injury out of today's game - Ella Pope was flattened trying to take a charge with about 5 minutes left, and it looked like she may have gotten hit in the face. Pope was called for a block on the play, and Kentucky's Eniya Russell was charged with an intentional foul. Pope didn't return for the rest of the game, but hopefully the injury isn't serious.
