According to assistant coach Lee Martin on twitter....practice officially starts today.

I know we are young, but Boals has the pieces to make this a special year.

I'm just hoping he has things together by the time MAC play comes around. Given all the newbies we have and all the talent we lost, the first two months are likely to be very rough.

Hopefully IJ's boot comes off soon. He had one on at volleyball last weekend.

Dang, that sucks if IJ has a boot on. But, we have time until the start of the season. We have so much depth, and I have a feeling it's going to be a special year.

I don’t see that being the case. We lost talent, but also gained talent. It’s just an unknown.

My expectation was for IJ to get some time but also split some time with Hadaway as it seems Hadaway is built more for a faster-paced style so depending on what Boals wants to do (punish people with DW and IJ or run around people with Hadaway and Clayton) he has the horses to play with in those scenarios. Hoping for IJ to heal quickly.

I've been just searching stuff on twitter and I've found 3-4 kids from the post who go to all games and update. A lot of good work during the football game. Probably a good place to start. Not sure what Boals policy on people sitting in on practice are though. Especially with a new team to work in.

I just hope the new guys can play some veteran defense against Ben Sheppard and Drew Friberg on Nov. 7th.... enough to sneak out a nice road win. That would make this poster so friggin' happy.

I can't be the only one who noticed AJ Brown with his arm in a sling on Saturday at the football game.

I swear I do not go out looking for injuries for our players. I swear.

Love to see it. Apparently Clayton put up 14 against UC and BRod had 13 (3-5 from 3pt). Although just a scrimmage, beating UC without both Browns has me excited for this team’s ceiling.

Any updates on AJ Brown? He went through warmups before the CSU game and looked...amazing. I was optimistic maybe he'd get in on Saturday. I'm guessing he isn't too far from being ready?

I'm also assuming when IJ comes back (hopefully soon), G-Wiz' minutes will go down quickly.
