You can't get in unless you've built a player that has at least reached the HS level (Indiana HS level that is, which is the equivalent to D2 Ohio college basketball). No help from anything such as countless coaches, other players/teammates, their own natural talent/work ethic, etc. It has to be completely your own work to be accepted.
