MAC goes 4-0 tonight with good wins from the Beefs (destroyed Dayton on the road) and UT betting their win mark from all last year with win over UNC-W.  The win over Marshall will be a nice RPI boost down the road. It's not yet because UC has a current RPI of over 200. That will change as will Marshall's.

No question. Groce has a really good mix of players he can go to.  DJ is the key though.  We faced tons of pressure bringing the ball up the court the last two games and he handles it with great aplomb.

I gotta say I'm really impressed with Keely so far this year. After last year I wasnt convinced he could ever be a real contributer at this level. He came into this season in much better shape and its obvious he really worked hard in the off season to improve all aspects of his game. Quicker, faster, better hands, more moves around the basket, better footwork.

Glad we won, but the collapse down the stretch was anything but impressive.  WE'VE GOT TO LEARN HOW TO PUT THE PEDAL TO THE METAL IN GAMES WHERE WE HAVE A BIG LEAD.  SOME MIGHT CALL IT GETTING A "KILLER INSTINCT."

Relentless, show no mercy, don't flinch, and killer instinct.  All good terms for finishing games, especially the rivalry games.
