Who remembers him? lol
Just kidding. He's my girlfriend's brother. Terren is getting ready to go back to Germany now that the NBA season is under way. Even things overseas were on hold, they were all waiting to see who may be joining the team.

I think it's safe to say we all remember Terren! He was a big part of OUr 2005 Championship team.

Good luck to Terren in Germany! Keep us posted on how he's doing.

Thanks for posting this, and let him know we're proud he's carrying on the Ohio tradition in a country that's quickly learned to love basketball.

I always thought he had a presence, a maturity about himself on the floor that was way beyond his age. Undersized but deadly on the block.

TOS struck gold with him and Mychal Green as transfers.

Problem was, he kept panning for another nugget.

My favorite Harbut memory was a game over Winter Break I think during his senior season.  It was against San Franciso or Navy, I don't remember.  That doesnt make a difference.  But what was funny is that it was so quiet in the Convo, you could hear him yell, "SONNY PASS ME THE BALL!!!" Sonny just looked at him, chucked a fadeaway three that clanked off the rim.  Terren then looked at him like WTF was that about....  Really hilarious.

My favorite Harbut moment was when he dunked on two Marshall players at once in his last game at the Convo.

You know how sometimes players shrink in big moments (hello, LeBron), I always thought Terren was the opposite of that, a guy who always stepped it up when it mattered most. Everyone remembers the run to the NCAAs in 2005, but also I remember thinking it in the first round of the tournament in BG in 2004. Like usual, the team was playing pretty poorly in Anderson Arena, but Terren put us on his back and nearly won the game for us. I can't remember the specifics, but it was a pretty low scoring game and I think he had something like 20 points / 10 rebounds in the losing effort.
