I'm looking for places to go to grab a couple adult beverages and watch other games on TV in the early to mid afternoon time frame prior to going to the bash.   I know of a couple around the University of Dayton, but don't know of places in the Fairborn area.

Not my area of town but the Nutter Center is very close to the Fairfield Commons Mall. All the usual suspects are in and around the Mall (see link below). W.O. Wrights is on Colonel Glenn Highway and far enough from the Mall to avoid that craziness. It's only a couple of miles away from the Nutter Center. Used to play sand volleyball there back in the day and it was a good non-chain place to hang.

Just across the bridge there is a Cadillac Jack's (not like the one in Cincinnati) sports bar with good food and beer.  I would suggest going there.  Less than a 5 minute drive to the stadium.

Thanks for both responses.  I know there's BW3 nearby too.  Lookin' forward to a good, but short, Bobcat basketball road trip!
