Hey, do you guys think, Stevie Taylor should get more minutes??(Of course he has to earn them) But look, he is their best bench scorer, in limited minutes. And, do you guys also think he should get some PT during crunch time, despite him being a freshie??

The idea of Stevie in there at crunch time is intriguing. I have no doubt he'll get more fun by the end of the season, but he's not ready yet. Defense is the reason. He doesn't have the schemes down yet and he can be found out of position or just making freshmen mistakes (such as making low-percentage steal attempts instead of keeping his man in front of him).
He's also in a shooting slump (5-19 from the floor and 1-10 from three the last five games), so now's not the time. I'd also like to see him take it to the hoop. He looks like he's a good shooter from the line, and we really need that, but he only has six attempts.
I like him, though. He has good makeup, lots of energy, a playmaking mentality, and the offense seems to "pop" a little more when he's in.
