Expect the Kron students to be all over DJ tomorrow - something tells me he will make 'em hate him even more........

This is definitely a strong rivalry. I like to watch Dambrots teams. Glad we got em both games last year. Will be tough but not impossible to repeat the feat this year.

It's not the classic rival for either school, but it's the best thing the MAC has going right now. It doesn't get near as much attention as it should.

I love this.  I'll love it even more if we can hit them in the mouth hard like we did last year.

This is interesting:

For Abreu, it’s Cooper’s behavior in the first meeting that stuck with him.

“He’s come in here and done his little thing and disrespected what we do here,” he said. “I don’t want to say [it’s] a rivalry, but we definitely want to get OU.”

I didn't know that being unstoppable in someone else's gym was "disrespect."  I'd consider that a failure on the other team's part.  Spitting on their frackin' roo would be disrespect.  Guess Abreu has an "it's not my fault" attitude.

I love how in their heads Cooper is.

A fair warning for all of the DJ "shot selection agonizers"- Coop will not hesitate to chuck up quick 3s from behind the concession stand if it will kill the Zips momentum or be a pile on to a Bobcat run. Let's hope he can go 7/10 like the last time and not 2/10 like his average.

Disrespect ?    It was Abreu that got up in DJ's face clapping and trash talking early in the game at the JAR last year. DJ is easy going,  but don't trash talk him or he'll make you pay, it fuels his fire !

Boy do I ever dislike the University of Akron. City doesn't do much for me either.
