I know many of you are concession stand afficianados, so I have to relate my experience last night at the Beeghly Center at YSU. I'm attending the Milwaukee/YSU game and I get there early to have a few hot dogs before the game. I look at the hot dog grill and they have them lined up from just barely cooked to to a very dark burned, almost like a rainbow of doneness! I take a dark one and then proceed to the condiment stand, where there are no little packages here, no sir, but pump dispensers. I take a few pumps of the mustard and it is the original Stadium Mustard! No yellow in sight. It truly is hot dog euphoria.
