Even though I loved witnessing one of the greatest moments in OU basketball history, I do have one question.  Is there anyway Ohio U can put in more parking spaces around the Convo and Peden Stadium?  It seems to me they can near the river but that's me.  Does anyone else have suggestions?  I got to Athens at 1:32 (had to work til noon in Newark) and didn't get to my seat til 2:10.  It seems to me it was mostly waiting in traffic and waiting for a shuttle (the wife didn't want to walk).  What ideas do you fellow Bobcaters have?

Come in from Columbus Road and take the back way in past Miller's Chicken on big games.  You can park near the food service building and it is a short walk.  Also, donate to the Ohio Bobcat Club so you have reserved parking around the Convo.  There is no need for additional parking lots for our athletic events right now.  It can't be justified to spend the money when it is needed so infrequently.

The other suggestion I would give is to come in early enough before the game to head uptown somewhere for a pregame meal.  Park by the Convo, walk up the hill on Richland and be relaxed and enjoy your day.  I try to do so as often as I can, and it takes the traffic/parking stress out of the picture.

Bobcat Club parking passes only come with season tickets. (As it should be).

I always found Copeland Hall to be a sneaky place to park. They started staffing it for football, I don't know about hoops. And the shortcut through the aquatic center was a warm bonus.

I also think this is a great problem to have.

Whatever he meant, he definitely didn't mean Copeland.

Start a shuttle service in Athens. Not only will you work closer to the games, you'll also become a billionaire. Ohio fans love shuttle services.

The last thing we need are more surface lots. They distract from the beauty of the campus.

Parking garages are expensive to construct.

The best solution is to enjoy the opportunity to get a little extra exercise.

My suggestion, don't mean to sound rude, drop your wife off outside the Convo then go park and walk in yourself.

This has to be my favorite idea of all.  I've always said I want to live in Athens and work in Athens.  Thanks!!

This area is where I try to park almost every time I come to Athens.  Yeah, it requires a little walking, but it's a central spot, as previously stated, gives you a little exercise, and a little walk through campus to reminisce in.

I am not an OU grad so I am probably asking a stupid question.  Which building is Clippinger?
