I was looking at the Ohio page on realtime RPI, and was surprised to see they predict us to finish 19-10 (8-8) with losses at NIU, Toledo, EMU, Buffalo, Kent and Miami.  Buffalo and Kent OK, but NIU?

If that happened, there'd be a line on the Richland Ave. Bridge to jump off it.

They predict we will only go 4-6 the rest of the way in the MAC, and only win our home games.  Does the RPI computer watch MAC West games?

I would pick, at the least, a reverse of that at 6-4, and say we would do even better than that with 7-8 more MAC wins, and the bracket buster win at home to get us to 24-7 going into the MAC Tourney.

Teamrankings.com has us finishing 24-7 (11-5) with a 16.4% chance of winning the conference. They have us favored in all remaining games except Buffalo and Kent.

A day ago before the Western Michigan win, they had us going 22-7 (11-5) so go figure that they have us finishing worse after a win.

I don't put much into their projections because they are just using numbers and don't really take enough information into account.

I highly doubt we'll finish only 19-10.

Also, earlier in the season at one point, they had us going 28-1. (zero significance in their predictions)
