I am one of the (few) people who can't make it this weekend...But I am so pumped about the game that I want to see all your pictures of the experience.

Pictures of the line outside before the doors open...Pictures as the Convo fills...Pictures when the Jersey unrolls....Everything!

Please take and post them!

I'll start with one I snapped during the ceremony.  I kept looking up because it was so great to see people all the way up there.

And yet...still no Gary Trent ceremony from start to finish. If anybody has it please post it. Extremely disappointed that Bobcat TV did not have anything from Trent ceremony. I don't understand it all.

There were about 5 video cameras covering all of it.  I'm sure they will have it produced and ready to go soon.

I had to head straight to another obligation after the game and just got home. I'll get the photo album updated on here soon.

Is Gary Trent Sasquatch? Why is it so hard to get any images of him? You ever see a video of him when he was playing for Ohio? me either. Then we finally get him back in the convo and what happens- no video.

Evan is shooting the AFC championship game tomorrow. We are lucky to have his talents, and should give him time to breathe.

Sorry, guys..I shoud have re-phrased this. My anger is not directed towards Evan or Bobcat TV. It's directed more towards the debacle that was no video streaming and then the decision to not carry Gary's ceremony on the radio at halftime. The photos were great, but for the out of towners we have yet to see or hear anything from the jersey ceremony. Disappointed with many of the decisions made by the Broadcasting crew.

OU paid Evan Shaw $37,000 in 2010.

Unless he works two full-time jobs, or one full-time job and one part-time job, his job at OU is part-time.

I don't think FearLeon is asking for stellar editing or cutting-edge videography.

It might be reasonable to conclude that this kind of stuff falls on Schaus when you get right down to it.

That's all I was asking for Putnam...unedited Gary Trent ceremony...from start to finish. I don't care if it's flip phone video or just one camera on him. I just wanted to hear it and see it. After we found out there was no video streaming, I thought for sure the ceremony would then be on the radio.

Just an EPIC FAIL decision by somebody with the broadcasting network. I think we are owed an explanation by Russ and the gang on this one. I mean come on.....this is Gary Trent we are talking about it. It might seem like I'm blowing it out of proportion, but I was a senior when Gary was a freshman. I got to see him play that year and several games his next 2 years. He is one of the main reasons why I'm so passionate about OHIO hoops.

Bobcat fans from out of town deserved better today.....I don't believe we were asking for too much out of today's broadcast when it came to the ceremony.

If it is that big of a deal, I wonder why you didn't make necessary plans to travel to Athens, for this "once in a life-time" event?

Also, the broadcast crew did a ~10 minute interview with Gary on the broadcast, which no doubt would have been more informative than an audio broadcast of us clapping for Gary. But keep whining, the video you seek will make its way online before too long...

Thanks for summing up my thoughts exactly.  Negativity putting a damper on what was a superb day.

No idea how many posts of yours stated EPIC FAIL, but it seems to be a lot.  Get over it. If this was such an important event in your life then why not make the trip to Athens?  If you were in school when Trent was then you know the technology we have today was non-existent back then. So rather than gripe be appreciative that 99% of the time we have a great audio/video experience.  Not sure about you but there are much more important issues in my life -- and in the world -- than a technical problem that resulted in a "free" video stream not being available yesterday.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the game. It was just impossible for me to be there and trust me I wanted to be in the Convo on Saturday.

I understand that technical issues happen and I will admit that my emotions got the best of me yesterday. We all have great repect for Gary and everything he brought to the school and program. At the end of the day, I at least wanted to hear the ceremony on the radio.

I know that Evan will do a bang-up job in putting everything up in due time.

They are also producing the "All In" show which is a huge task for an understaffed department.  The videos will all be up in due time.  Be thankful that our athletic department with its limited funds does the job it does with video.

Does today's generation not realize that fail is a verb and failure is a noun?

You need to stop using the same dictionary of American slang as Will Shortz and get with the times.

Now where'd I put my fiber supplement.
